– Pam Mahadeo Dimarzio, the firm’s founder, has more than 15 years experience as an executive recruiter. Pam holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from NYU-School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic University) and is trained in Design for Six Sigma, DFSS. Her engineer career spans 10 years, working for some of the recognized businesses including Johnson & Johnson, Corning Incorporated and TEVA Pharmaceutical. Bill Haynes, PhD

– Dr. Haynes’ engineering experience spans three decades in operations and program management, research and development, and production. He received his PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from University of Notre Dame. His expertise spans all facets of the engineering field, shepherding projects from Ideation to Operational Excellence. Bill has hired and mentored hundreds of scientific and engineering professionals as Program Manager for some of the US Government’s most sensitive Department of Defense R&D Programs, totaling approximately $250M in total contract value during his tenure. Rachel has spent over 15 years working with some of the top Aviation companies to include Gulfstream, Honeywell, and most recently supported Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner at the Kennedy Space Center. Rachel utilizes her industry experience from manufacturing, operations, service, and lean environments to assist in placing the top candidate in the optimal career trajectory.
