– Pam Mahadeo Dimarzio, the firm’s founder, has more than 20 years experience as an engineering executive recruiter. Pam holds a Bachelors in Sscience in Chemical Engineering from NYU-School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic University) and is trained in Design for Six Sigma, DFSS. In her engineering she worked for some of the most recognized companies including Johnson & Johnson, Corning Incorporated and TEVA Pharmaceutical. Today she leads a team of engineering recruiters representing high-caliber clients and engineers nationwide.
