Pamela DiMarzio, BSChE

– Pam DiMarzio, the firm’s founder, has more than 15 years experience as an executive recruiter. Pam holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from NYU-School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic University) and is trained in Design for Six Sigma, DFSS. Her engineer career spans 10 years, working for some of the recognized businesses including Johnson & Johnson, Corning Incorporated and TEVA Pharmaceutical. Today she leads a team of technical recruiters representing high- caliber engineers looking to make a career move and clients nationwide. ​

Bill Haynes, PhD

– Dr. Haynes’ engineering experience spans three decades in operations and program management, research and development, and production. He received his PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from University of Notre Dame. His expertise spans all facets of the engineering field, shepherding projects from Ideation to Operational Excellence. Bill has hired and mentored hundreds of scientific and engineering professionals as Program Manager for some of the US Government’s most sensitive Department of Defense R&D Programs, totaling approximately $250M in total contract value during his tenure. Pam & Co. candidates and clients benefit from his skills as a senior subject matter expert in both engineering and technology development fields.​
